1. General principle
Cancellation charges follow the fulfilling supplier's terms, plus a Rizen administration fee.
Cancellations must be requested in writing by email or WhatsApp; the received date is used for calculation.
2. Tour and Umrah programs
30 days or more before departure: refund less the non-refundable deposit and administration fee.
29 to 15 days: up to 50% of the program value is retained.
Under 14 days or no-show: no refund.
Visa costs, permits and consumed services are non-refundable in all cases.
3. Flight tickets
Fully governed by the airline's fare rules; some tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
A service fee applies to any reissue or amendment.
4. Hotels and ground transport
Free-cancellation deadlines vary by hotel or operator and are stated on the quote and voucher.
Non-refundable bookings are not refunded for any reason.
5. Cancellation by us
If we cancel for operational reasons or an unmet group minimum, you are offered suitable alternatives or a full refund of amounts paid to us.
6. Refund processing time
Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 21 business days depending on supplier and bank.
