1. Acceptance
By using the Rizen website, submitting a travel request, or making a payment, you accept these terms in full.
If you act for a company or a group, you confirm you are authorised to accept on their behalf.
2. Nature of the service
Rizen is a travel agency arranging tours, Umrah programs, flights, hotels and ground transport through vetted suppliers.
Services delivered by suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport operators) are also subject to their own terms.
3. Quotes and booking
A quote is valid until the validity date shown on it and may change before confirmation due to supplier pricing or availability.
A request is confirmed only after the required payment is received and Rizen issues a formal confirmation.
You are responsible for the accuracy of traveller data (name as in passport, passport number, validity). Corrections after issuance may incur fees.
4. Payment
We accept bank transfer, Mada and credit cards through approved payment gateways, or cash at our office.
A deposit may be required to confirm a booking, with the balance due before travel as stated in the quote.
Prices are in SAR unless stated otherwise; taxes and government fees may apply.
5. Travel documents and visas
Travellers are responsible for passports, visas and health requirements for their destination.
Rizen is not liable for denied entry or deportation caused by missing documentation.
6. Limitation of liability
Rizen is not liable for losses caused by events beyond our control, including weather, government decisions, airline cancellations and force majeure.
In all cases our liability is limited to the value of the service paid to us.
7. Complaints and governing law
Complaints should be sent within 30 days of trip completion; we respond within a reasonable period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
