2. Payment Card Information
All credit and debit card details and personally identifiable payment information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased by RIZEN to any third party.
RIZEN does not pass your debit or credit card details to unauthorised third parties. Online card transactions are processed directly by our authorised third-party payment service provider on a secure, encrypted connection. RIZEN does not have access to your full card number.
3. How We Use Personal Information
Personal information may be used to process travel requests and bookings; issue confirmations and travel documents; communicate booking updates; process and verify payments; provide customer support; coordinate services with travel suppliers; prevent fraud and unauthorised transactions; and meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Where you have given consent, we may also send you offers and travel promotions. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe option in any marketing message.
4. Sharing Information With Service Providers
To fulfil your booking, necessary information may be shared with relevant service providers such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport companies, visa processing agents, payment processors and other suppliers involved in delivering the purchased service. Only the information reasonably necessary to deliver the requested service is shared.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, by a competent authority, or by our banking and payment partners for compliance purposes.
Where a supplier is located outside the UAE, your information may be transferred to that country solely for the purpose of delivering your booking.
